Mr. Alvi is a highly experienced Consultant ENT and Facial Plastic Surgeon with a specialist interest in facial plastic and aesthetic surgery. A proud Mancunian, he has lived, studied and built his surgical career in the Northwest.

His medical career began with his surgical training in Liverpool, before moving to Manchester to continue his higher surgical training across the Manchester and Mersey regions. He subsequently undertook a prestigious European Fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery, further developing his expertise in facial aesthetics and complex surgery. He is an active member of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS) and has been a substantive NHS Consultant at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust since 2019.

With extensive experience in both primary and revision procedures, Mr. Alvi takes a personalised and patient-centred approach. He believes in providing honest, evidence-based advice and only recommends surgery when the potential benefits clearly outweigh the risks. His aim is always to achieve natural, balanced results that complement each patient’s individual features.

Outside of surgery, Mr. Alvi enjoys playing football, travelling and, most importantly, spending time with his family and friends. He believes maintaining a fulfilling life outside medicine keeps him grounded and brings a warm, personable approach to his patients.
